At 6:15 PM Kristin's water broke! So we had to speed dinner up a little bit. Kristin wanted to make sure that she got to dessert since we made creme brule. We got to the hospital at around 8:00 PM and were able to get into the Birth Place, which is the same place Cam was born. At 11:37 PM on Saturday, May 1st, Leah Kate Walker was born. She weighed 8lbs 6 oz and is 20.5 inches long. She has a full head of black hair and has been absolutely wonderful. Cam came this morning at around 11:00 and got to spend about two hours with his little sister. He enjoyed holding her, rocking her and helping with bath time!
We'll post more once we get home and get a chance to go through the pictures. But here are a few to get you started!

She has been doing so good - she is eating really well and sleeping great. (Although last night she sounded like a door that needed some grease the whole time she slept :))
Leah brought Cameron a present - a book about zambonis! Cameron gave her a thank you kiss and then promptly ignored her while he had everyone in the room read the book to him!

Leah has a pretty good head of hair! Not quite as much as Cam did but we are just happy she has some :)

Cameron got to help out with Leah's first bath! He didn't want to at first but once Nana showed him how he was a good helper. He helped put soap on her and then dry her off.
