Update from Egypt

Here are some more pictures from Tim in Egypt. His trip has been extended out at least another week, but he has been working the whole time (no more sight seeing!). These pictures are from around his hotel and from last week's adventure to some more pyramids.

There was a wedding going on here at the hotel so they had a whole bunch of spotlights going to celebrate. The band was really loud and they had it out in the main lobby on the 4th floor.

The Bent Pyramid at Dashur. They started building the pyramid and then realized that the ground was not stable enough to support the angle they were building at so changed the angle.

Another shot of the Bent pyramid. Look at how we were the only people there. We were the only people at Maidum also.

Thank you Tim!

I doubt I will ever get to Eqypt, so I appreciate these pictures, and it seems like you are the only curious one at several of these sites--love the picture of the huge parking lot and your ONE car!

We want to hear more about the pyramids and climbing through the mausoleum when we see you at home, at Otty, or in MA--what a trip!

And, again, kudos to the web-master who keeps this site going--great way to keep up with you three when we do not get to see you often enough.

And the videos of Cam-Cam--Keep 'em coming!!

Tim, these pictures are great! You are sure seeing a lot. I went to Sakkara which I thought was really neat. I think I went into the same tomb that you have a picture of. While it is probably a pain that you have to stay longer you are certainly getting a wonderful taste of Egypt. Enjoy it as much as possible and see you soon.

Hey Tim,

These pictures are great. I hope you are hanging in there. Can't wait to hear that you are back in good old Liverpool safe and sound.

Love, Kim
