Fun at a Bowl-a-thon

Some of our friends host an annual bowl-a-thon to benefit a great charity that they are a part of, NOAH (National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation).  Last year was the first year and it was also the first time the kids had ever gone bowling (post is here).  This year's bowl-a-thon was their second time bowling... hmm, maybe we should bowl more often because the kids really loved it!

Cameron's approach - his hand wasn't big enough to reach to the holes in the ball so he had to hold it off to the side and try to whip it down the alley.

Waiting to see how many pins he gets

Leah used the ball roller at first. She liked peeking over it and hanging from it while she waited for her ball to get to the pins.

What a cutie!

Mama's turn to bowl!

One of our friends who was there showed Cameron and Leah the little air blower on the ball return.

It kept them amused for a very long time.

Leah showing off her model pose or cooling off her back... one or the other!

She LOVED the air blower and spent a ton of time over there when she wasn't bowling.  It was so funny.

Leah playing with her friend Braden.  You can also see the name tag that Cameron wrote and put on my belly - it says "Baby".

Leah got sick of using the ball roller and wanted to do it herself.

It took a reaaaaaaallllllllllllyyyyy long time to make it to the pins.  It did make it though, which I guess was a plus because there were a couple of other kids whose ball stopped rolling in the middle of the alley!
