So, a year ago today, we were living at Nana and Poppa's while we waited for our new house to be built. We had Cameron's second birthday party at their house.
Cam and Mama in Cameron's temporary room at Nana and Poppa's house
Cameron helps Poppa bring the leaves down the curb
And plays in the leaves!
In December, we went to Massachusetts for our annual gingerbread house party
Cameron loves to help bake! Here he is making a pie.
Christmas was spent in Massachusetts. Cam enjoyed playing with Mama's gift.
Fun with Jack and Uncle Jeff
Then back to Syracuse for our family Christmas. Cam was much more excited than he looks in this picture!
Time for Christmas with the Kinsellas
In January, we moved into our new house. Cameron spent his first night in the new house in a big boy bed!
Cameron with his snowman. Overall, he was not a huge fan of the snow or playing outside.
In January we took our annual trip to Florida. Cam LOVED playing in the sand and probably could have stayed there all day, every day, if we let him.
In February, Cameron went skating for the first time. He did so great!
A few weeks later we went to Winterlude in Ottawa, ON. Cam got to skate on the canal for the first time (and ride in his sled on the canal, like in previous years).
Cam also spent the winter watching Mama's tummy grow bigger and bigger.
When the spring came, Cameron loved Daddy's new mower
On May 1st, when Cam was two and a half years old, he welcomed his baby sister Leah
Cam was a fantastic big brother right from the start!
Cam got to do lots of big boy things, like go to the Truck Show with Poppa
But he still had lots of time to help out with Leah, including giving her her very first bottle
When the weather got warmer, Cam loved swimming in the pool at Nana's house
He also loved eating summer corn! We had it every chance we could get.
Cam loved playing in his own personal sand box, also known as our back yard!
Another yummy summer treat - watermelon!
This year we got a membership to the Syracuse Zoo, so we spent quite a few weekends there enjoying the animals
Daddy also got a seat on the back of his bike, which Cam loved to go for rides on
We spent Fourth of July weekend in Massachusetts
The theme of this year's parade was Peace - Cameron made a fantastic hippie!
We went on our first family of four vacation in July to Puerto Rico. Cameron got to explore the rainforest...
...and play on the beach...
...and check out the sites in San Juan.
Of course, we also spent a few weekends at the cottage at Otty Lake
One of Cam's most important duties of the year was to be Ring Bearer in Uncle Paul and Aunt Angela's wedding

Cam is such a good helper. He loves to bake and just to help out in general. Here he is helping out Great Grandma make something at the cottage.
Cam attended his second wedding of the year, being Ring Bearer along with Jack at Auntie Cathy and Uncle Ron's wedding.
On occasion, Cam showed us his trickiness (and naughtiness), like on this night where he snuck out of his room and fell asleep on the hall floor!
In September, Cameron danced up a storm at the Rochester Oktoberfest!

He also made huge advancements in his swimming - he can swim on his own wearing a bubble, can jump in and go underwater. He is really loving swimming now that he can do it all by himself.
In October, the Syracuse Crunch hockey season rolled around again. This was exciting for Cam because he LOVES hockey, and he was excited to bring Leah to her first game (despite what it looks like in this picture, he had a great time!)
And of course, Cam always takes the time to ride a dinosaur.
This past weekend, we had a party to celebrate Cameron's third birthday.
Happy 3rd Birthday to my handsome boy!!! Your Mama, Daddy and Leah love you so much and we can't wait to see what this next year brings!

We love you Cam!

What beautiful pictures! I'm having trouble remembering Kristin and Tim before Cam. (And I don't think it's ALL because of getting older!) What a great kid. Happy Birthday!
Love from Aunt Susan and Alex
He sure did a lot in his 2nd year - it will be fun to watch what his 3rd year brings
