Next up was speeches. First, Angela's dad toasted the new couple.
Then Dad was up next.
Next were the Maids of Honor and Best Men speeches. Angela's sister Karyn read entries out of an eight-year old Angela's diary. It was hilarious!
Rather than people clinking the spoons against glasses to get Paul and Angela to kiss, they had people come up to them and sing a song with the word "Love" in it. Here is Matt and I singing (and dancing to) our song.

And with Grandma and Grandpa
And with Emily and Justin
High five!

After dinner there were more dances. Here is Angela and her Dad.
Father-Daughter dance
Then Paul and Mom danced
It was hard to find pictures where Mom wasn't making a funny face because she was trying not to cry!
Next was the anniversary dance. Tim and I were excited because it was the first time we got to stay out past the first "elimination" (anyone who has been married less than five years) - married five years, three months!
Omi and Opa - married 55 years
Mom and Dad - married 34 years
Grandma and Grandpa - married 61 years
Omi and Opa and Grandma and Grandpa were the two couples who had been married the longest, so they got to give Paul and Angela some advice

After a bit more dancing, it was time for Paul to take off Angela's garter. He did it quite theatrically.
Angela looks thrilled, doesn't she?
Angela had two garters - one of them had a small flask in it, which Paul had a drink from!
He went back under again and got the real garter.
I love this picture because it has the garter in mid air. Plus, you don't normally see so many people trying to get the garter - usually they shy away from it!
One of Paul's best men, Dan, caught it.
Aunt Susi and Tim
Bill and Renee getting down
Van Dell and Kinsella kids with their significant others - Wes and Cassie, Ryan and Lucy, Emily and Justin, Paul and Angela, Kristin and Tim, and Matt (missing Gina)
The six kids - so great to be able to get together with everyone!
And of course, the customary silly picture we always have to take.
Ali, Candace, Spencer and Matt
Paul is quite the dancer
So funny to see my "little" cousin Ali with a glass of wine!
Who knew Spencer was such a good dancer?
I have no idea what Paul is doing here
Matt with Uncle Randy and Aunt Cathy
It was such a great wedding!! We had so much fun and loved seeing everyone!!

I quite enjoyed all your posts. I felt like I was there. :)
This is such a wonderful gallery of photos of Angela & Paul's wedding!
As I watched it just made me smile with the warm memories of the entire weekend.
It must have have taken quite sometime to organize and label all of these photos!
It was really a special wedding filled with love from everyone!
Thanks Kristen & Tim!!
Love, Renee
I like how in the silly Van Dell picture, Emily appears to be holding about 80% of my weight, while Wes daintily carries only one arm.
