Paul and Angela's Wedding, Part 5: The Ceremony

The music started playing and the ceremony began.

Leah sat with Opa for most of the ceremony. She was such a good girl - so quiet, just looking around to see what was going on.

Then he returned and picked up his bridesmaid partner, Danielle

When it was Cameron's turn to walk down the aisle, he waited for the wedding planner to take him, like she had the day before! He didn't understand that he was supposed to go on his own. Either way, she walked along with him and showed him where to go. It was cute!

He was very serious about his job and did so well!

Paul stood with his back turned while Angela made the long walk to the start of the aisle. He didn't want to see her until she was closer so that his first look would be a good one.

Amazingly enough, Cam listened to us when we told him he had to sit quietly for the entire ceremony. Thirty minutes of not talking is very hard for a chatty boy like Cameron, so we were so proud of him for being so good!

The first reading

This was during my reading - I think I had just read the part saying that Paul asked Angela if he could pick one reading as a surprise to her... this is her nervous laughter in response to me saying that this was the first time she or anyone would be hearing it.

The nervous laugh shifted pretty quickly to tears as I read the rest of the reading. Again, who knew that the nerdy kid brother could be such a romantic?!?!
