I haven't been quite as good about posting the last two weeks as I wanted to be. Either Tim or I, or both of us, have been out to the house every day we are home, but I just haven't posted about it. The builder has made a lot of progress on our house, here are some picture to show it.
Sunday, June 28 - Foundation is about half way up all around

Another shot, taken from the front right corner near the garage.

Taken straight on - the garage is on the right, the front door and porch are on the left.

Monday, June 29 - Dining room/living room wall foundation is up to 13 courses. The first window is in. The windows are three blocks high and can open.

Tuesday, June 30 - More of the foundation is up to 13 courses. This is taken standing just in front of where the den will be. Garage is to the right, front door to the left.

Our favorite vantage point for pictures - from the front right corner of the garage.

Thursday, July 2 - Most of the walls are up to 13 courses.

Taken from the back right corner, looking out towards the road.

Every day when we go over to the house, Cam looks more forward to seeing the "big truck" than seeing the house. He does like walking around, picking up rocks, and playing in the dirt. He loves walking down into the foundation on the "balance beam" (a 2x4 the workers set up to get down into the foundation easier) and likes seeing the big blocks and other materials. Here are a couple pictures of Cam, enjoying playing at the new house.
Sitting up on the wall

One day when Cameron and I were out at the house, there was a worker there laying stone for a drive for the trucks. He asked if Cam wanted to sit in the truck... he sure didn't have to ask twice!

A close-up of Cam in the Big Truck! He was very upset when he had to get down.

Cam walking on the driveway that was laid down by the big truck the previous day.
