Aaron can crawl!

Aaron started crawling not too long ago, here is a video of it.  He crawls the same way that Cameron and Leah did when they started - the wounded soldier!

Thanksgiving at our House

This year is "Fat Thanksgiving" - the year that we get together with all of the Kinsellas for Thanksgiving.  We take turns hosting and this year was our turn.  We were excited, we've never made a turkey dinner before!

Bright and early, getting the turkey ready.  Tim let me do this part since he didn't want to have his hands inside the guts of the bird!

Turkey ready to go!

Into the oven it goes

Time for adults to get their food.  The kitchen island housed a delicious buffet.

Aunt Jen grabbing some yummy food.

So many good things, not big enough plates.

Mom, Uncle Jim and Uncle Chris grabbing their food

Leah chowing down (well, on cranberries at least)

What a handsome boy!

Our three gorgeous kids

Really, could they be any cuter?  Love them!

The turkey turned out great, as did all of the side dishes.  Everyone brought a bunch of food and the company was wonderful.  Happy Thanksgiving!!

Cameron's Hockey Games

This weekend, Cameron had a hockey practice on Friday night and a game on Saturday morning (his birthday!).

Ready for practice

Waiting with his team to get on the ice

Cameron is in net - he loves playing goalie!

He looks so small out there.

On Saturday morning, Cameron's team had a game against Valley.  This is the same team that he played a few weekends ago and they are well-matched.  When he got there, his coach told him that he would be playing goalie in the game that day.  What a great birthday surprise for Cameron!

Cameron the goalie - so cute!

On the ice

Kneeling with the team for a pre-game discussion

Cameron in between the pipes

Aaron did not find the game very exciting

Leah, on the other hand, loved being at the game!

Taking a shot from the other team

High fives after the game

And here is a video of Cameron making a save!

Cameron's First Mites Hockey Game

Cameron's first hockey game on the Mite White team was this weekend.  Daddy is out of town camping with his friends, so Mama gets to take all three kiddos to Cameron's first game.  The game was an away game at Meachem Rink in Syracuse, Cameron's Midstate team is playing against the Valley team.

My adorable Cameron

Wearing his jersey from last year, but such a big boy!

Leah wanted a picture with Cameron.  Unfortunately neither of them wanted to look at the camera for that picture!

Cameron is in the red jersey (#1) and white helmet - playing defense like he loves to do.

Cam's got the puck and is going towards the goal!

Going to get the puck

My hockey boy

Cameron is not afraid to commit the body when he goes after the puck.

Right in the middle of things

Cameron is also not afraid to take out other kids in his pursuit of the puck!

I love how Cameron is still in this picture and pretty much everyone else is in blurred motion.  Cam is ready for the pass in front of the net!

It was a great game and Cameron had a blast.  Mama, Leah and Aaron loved watching the game!!

Aaron's first vegetables!

Today Aaron had his very first vegetable.  We decided to go with a green veggie, same as we did with the other kids.  We let Cameron and Leah pick which vegetable would be Aaron's first, and they picked out peas.  Let's see what Aaron thinks...

Very interested in what Mama is opening up

Readying the first bite

Eyes closed for maximum taste sensation

Not sure of this

This does not taste like the rice cereal I've been eating!

This is not a face of a baby who is loving peas.

And yet, he goes in for another bite!  A glimpse of a future good eater?

Ummm, Daddy - why are you letting her do this to me?

So much weird flavor and texture!

Cameron and Leah were very interested in the weird faces that Aaron was making and wondered what the peas tasted like.  We let them both try it to see what they thought.

Cameron is not a fan!

I don't have a picture of Leah's taking her bite, but she had a great reaction face!

She did NOT like the peas.

Both Cameron and Leah were proud of Aaron for taking more than one bite, since they both thought the peas were pretty yucky tasting.
