This weekend we went to Massachusetts. We hadn't been since Thanksgiving so besides just seeing everyone, we also celebrated late Christmas!
Enjoying the sunhine
Hi cutie!
Aaron opening his Christmas gift
It was a really cook buckle toy from Mimi and Grandpa. Perfect because Aaron loves buckles!
All of the kids got really cool tops from Kim and Jeff; here they are spinning together
Cam was excited about new Legos
And Leah was ecstatic about her Anna costume!
Ella helping Aaron with his top
Leah and Ella decided to go out and play. It was chilly but bright and the sledding hill was calling them!
Weeeeee!! I love the look on Leah's face, she is having so much fun!
The rest of the kids saw the fun they were having and decided to join in
Top of the hill
Cameron trying out a snowboard
And taking out Jack in the process
Cousin pile
More snowboarding fun
Uh oh, watch out for Leah!
He ducks under her sled...
....and recovers! Good work Cam!
Backwards sledding, what a goofball
Happy girls love playing outside
Everyone came inside and had some hot cocoa to warm up. I love this picture of Leah and Lucia.
All of the other pictures were at Kim's house, where everyone went for the day on Saturday. We stayed in Swansea with Mimi and Grandpa though. Here is Aaron at his favorite spot in the house - at the window, up on the stool, watching the birds visit the bird feeder. It was so cute, he got so excited every time a bunch of birds showed up. He watched for a long time.

Cameron, Leah and Aaron Meet Connor
Connor was born a week ago, but the kids have all been sick with colds, fevers and all kinds of other things that we don't want to expose a newborn to! I've been over to see him a few times, but we wanted to wait until the kids were better before we brought them to meet him. They were all going nuts, so excited and dying to meet him. Finally, this Friday they were all well enough to go over and meet their new cousin for the first time.
Leah and Connor
She loved checking out his tiny cuteness
Cameron and Connor
He said that he remembered when Aaron and Leah were this little.
What a tiny little peanut
Cousins!
I love Aaron's face in this picture - he was so excited with Connor. He kept looking at him and laughing hysterically and saying "Baby!"
Checking out the tiny footie
What sweeties
Really, could he be any more adorable?
Little Mama wanted one more turn holding Connor
Kisses? Or maybe just breathing in that sweet baby goodness of a newborn? Either way, so cute.

Winterlude, Part 2 - Snow Park
On Saturday morning we headed over to Jacques Cartier Park to go to the Snowflake Kingdom - the park with all of the amazing ice slides! We took the SnoBus over to the park, which is such an easy and nice way to get around during Winterlude.
Being of strong Kinsella genes, the SnoBus put Aaron right to sleep. I can't blame him - a warm moving vehicle has been known to get me a time or two.
Waiting in line for snow tubes
Uncle Matt and Leah
Cute Cameron!
Here comes Cam down the hill! This was the first year he wanted to go by himself on the tube.
Mama and Aaron making their way down
Here comes Matt
Grabbing tubes and heading back to the top
Paul
Ang gets so good air up the bottom part of the hill
Gina in the foreground, Nana and Leah on a double tube in the background
Leah got a ride up the hill, which she loved!
Daddy pulling Leah
Aaron is not amused by the tubes. Apparently. waking up in the freezing cold, after falling asleep in the nice warm bus, is not to his liking.
Nana and Leah heading to the family slides
Action shot! Tim took pictures while we went down!
So much fun!
Mom's face in this picture is amazing.
Time for races! First up is Paul, Cameron and Daddy
And they're off!
Looks like Daddy is the winner!
Next up: Ang, Matt with Leah, and Gina
It was a close one, but I think Ang won
Poppa vs Nana
Another close one but Poppa's luge form may have gotten him the win
Leah and Nana
Matt vs. Tim and Aaron
Aaron looks like he is having a blast, right?
Here comes Gina
And Cameron
And Paul
And Ang - love the look of determination on her face! Whoever she is racing against is in for it.
Here comes Poppa
More fun on the family slide. This time I stood at the bottom taking pictures. Everyone else went on the slide together.
Here they come, starting off good!
Uh oh, starting to turn
I love Paul peeking out the back
Well, that worked out decently well.
Cameron, Aaron, Tim, Paul and Ang finishing up, with the rest getting ready at the top
Wait a minute, Gina is the tiniest one in that group (well, besides Leah) - how the heck is she pulling everyone around to rotate like that?
Hanging out with the military polar bear
Aaron is slightly interested in this strange creature
What an awesome big brother Cameron is, helping out carrying Aaron. So cute!
Daddy and Aaron
Okay Mama, maybe I'll give you a little smile. This isn't so bad.
Aunt Ang and Leah
Time for kick sleds! Cameron wanted to race his own.
Daddy took Aaron
Matt gave Gina a ride
And Paul pushed Ang
Leah is really relaxing on this race
Here they come, around the turn
Matt and Gina are the winners!
Here come the rest of the racers
Cameron sticking close to Daddy to make sure Aaron doesn't jump off his sled
Cameron wanted a turn riding so Uncle Paul took him around
Leah and Uncle Paul
What a mean mama I am, posting unflattering (but hilarious) pictures of my children!
Cameron trying a Native game, I think it was called snake
You shoot the pipe down the ice chute and see how far you can make it go. Cameron actually did really well!
Some of the cool sculptures in the snow
More snow carvings
Family picture! It is awesome to have everyone here for Winterlude this year!!
Our family :)
We took the SnoBus back to the hotel to grab some lunch and take quick naps. In the afternoon, we are heading to skate on the canal!
