Cameron's last day at daycare was a Friday and kindergarten didn't start until Thursday of the next week. Monday was Labor Day so we were all off, so that worked out fine. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Mama, Daddy and Nana took turns hanging out with Cameron. On Tuesday, Cameron spent the morning with Daddy. They went to the library and got some lunch, then Daddy brought Cameron to work and dropped him off with Mama. I asked Cam what he wanted to do for the afternoon and he picked the zoo. So off to the zoo we went!
Not the best picture, but this was Cameron playing with a ring tail lemur. They were up against the glass checking each other out.
My little rock climber
Riding a tiger
The wolf was out walking around, we were excited to be able to see him.
This was probably Cameron's favorite part of the boardwalk - getting a bottle of water. That is true excitement on his face. :-P
We decided to try and take pictures of ourselves. Cam wanted to be drinking from his beloved water bottle in the first set of pictures.
Kisses for Mama!
I love my sweet boy
Cameron was tired from walking around the boardwalk, so he didn't really want to pose for a picture with the baby elephant.
We were very lucky to be at the zoo for the couple of hours that they let the baby snow leopards out to play. They are twins and are around 3 months old. They are kind of hard to see in this picture, but they were so darn cute, we probably watched them for 15 minutes.
Obviously not a farm boy... Cam had no clue how to milk the cow.
Cam really wanted to take a picture with the little elephant.
What a cutie boy
Another of Cam's favorite parts - putting coins in the coin vortex.
Cameron had a blast at the zoo. He loved being able to go at his pace and look at each of the animals for as long as he wanted. It was fun spending time together, just he and I. I love my boy!
