Christmas with the Kinsellas

A few nights after Christmas, we celebrated Christmas at Mom and Dad's house.  We had our traditional appetizer dinner, which was delicious and amazing as always.  After dinner it was time for presents; the kids were very excited (of course)!

Leah was thrilled to find a Kinder Surprise egg in her stocking

Aaron got Puffs in his stocking, but they rolled away so he really had to work to get them!

Excited to get some Polly Pockets (and some new pink hair bows)

Hey there cutie, look at you sitting up like a big boy!

Oh so cute!

And oh so silly!!

Oh wait - who needs a present when there are small pieces of paper nearby?

Yum yum, delicious tiny piece of paper!

Presents are done, Cameron immediately breaks out a game to play with Uncle Paul

We put all of the kids to bed at Nana's house and then hung out together until much later in the evening.  It was another great Christmas - we are lucky to have so many Christmas celebrations with all of our wonderful family.

Christmas at our House

Since we were heading to Massachusetts for Christmas, we emailed Santa ahead of time and asked him to bring our presents on December 26th rather than on Christmas Day.  That way we could spend time with the Walker family in MA and then head home for our own Christmas celebration.

The kids slept until a bit after 8 that morning after being up late the night before, and then snuggled in our bed for a while longer.  By 8:45, they were ready to get downstairs and open Christmas presents!

Excited kiddos at the top of the stairs

Aaron is SO EXCITED!  And since this is his first Christmas and he has no idea what is about to happen, I'd guess that his excitement is coming from how he sees Cameron and Leah acting.  Either way, adorable.

I love these three so very much.

Kiddos with their stockings.  Obviously, no one really likes to wait to open their stocking while Daddy takes a picture.  At least Cam can fake it.

Super excited to get "fire tape" (hockey tape with fire picture on it)

Leah got some cool princess stickers

Aaron got a new ball

And a chewy

But he is far more excited about the wrapping paper

Especially when he can eat it

Cam likes his Hex Bugs

Leah helping Aaron to open the present that she picked out for him.

It is a taggie duck blanket, perfect for snuggling.  She was so excited for him to get it.

Time for Cameron to open the gift that Leah picked out

It is a Star Wars organizer and Cameron loved it.  They are so sweet together.

Cameron is great at pausing for a moment so that Daddy can take a picture!

Helping Aaron to open another one of his gifts

Yay, you got me paper!!

Oh wait, the actual gift is Puffs?  Okay, that works for me too.

Cam and Leah opening a gift from Mama and Daddy

It is Robot Turtles - a game where kids can learn the basics of programming.  Woohoo!

Leah opening the present that Cameron picked out for her

It is a SkyDancer, a little fairy that flies into the air.  Leah was beyond excited.

Oh the cuteness!

Very excited about getting Mum-Mums!

Christmas in MA, Part 3 - Christmas Day

We woke up on Christmas morning and headed up to the Borsts' house to celebrate.  Cameron, Leah and Aaron were so excited to get to Millis to celebrate with Jack and Ella.

He's a cute one, my boy

And this one, also adorable

Jack is surprised by something.  His surprise certainly isn't coming from the fact that Uncle Tim is taking a picture of him.

My sweet Christmas elf

Pile on Auntie Kim!

We had a wonderful dinner, as always.  Kim always makes us delicious appetizers and food!  Later into the evening we drove home so that we could have Christmas at our house the next morning.  It was a great time in Massachusetts for Christmas!
