We spent Canada Day weekend at the cottage. The weather was very warm, but luckily there was enough of a breeze at night that we could sleep. We were up there, Mom and Dad, Matt and Gina, Grandma and Grandpa, and Uncle Jim, Aunt Jill, Maddy and Kelly.
Daddy and Cameron ready to head out on a boat ride
Leah wanted to go too.
Poppa gets the boat started. They were not out for very long before Leah decided she didn't like it, so they turned back around to drop her off.
Leah being silly - she was playing Peek-a-Boo
Cousins on the dock - Kelly, Cameron, Maddy and Leah
More cousins! What cuties, they were fishing together so nicely.
Leah doesn't even need a hair tie to keep her hair back! Or maybe this is the wind blown look?
Leah had a blast playing in this house. She opened and closed all of the windows over and over again, peeking her head out each one and yelling "Peek-a-boo!" at us.
Kelly and Maddy took Cameron on a turtle and frog hunting expedition. It turned out that the paddle boat doesn't operate so well in the swampy area that the turtles and frogs like!
To return the favor, Cameron rowed all of the ladies around the lake! It was adorable, he did so great, rowing them all around the bay. We were very impressed with our boy.
He rowed like a champ!
Leah is such a silly monkey!
The girls got tired of riding in the boat, so Cameron convinced Poppa to take a ride with him. I seem to remember a certain brother of mine who loved rowing around and around and around the lake... looks like his nephew is taking after him!
Nana and Leah fishing on the dock. Leah has a fishing pole with a bobber on the end. She didn't mind that she wasn't getting any bites.
Leah LOVED this owl
Hello, friend! (I think it is so cute, how she is sitting in this picture.)
LOVE this picture!!!
Early one morning, Great-Grandma let the kiddos play play-doh.
The Kate Klub - Leah (the messy face), Grandma and Maddy
Leah, looking a little shocked. I don't know why. :P
Nana and Poppa
On our drive back, we stopped at a winery just over the second Thousand Island Bridge. They had a bunch of these funny statues and Cameron wanted his picture taken with each one.
Arrrrrr - pirate!

There must have been a heavy anchor in the back of the row boat when Cameron and I were rowing together. How else do you explain the bow up in the air so high?
