Our first Red Sox game

For Tim's 30th birthday, I got him tickets to a Red Sox game. Tim had never been to a game at Fenway, despite being a life long fan. So all three of us got to experience our first Red Sox game together. Actually, our first and second games! The first game on Friday, September 11th, got half way through the first inning and a rain delay was called. We got to explore all around Fenway while we waited for the rain to let up. We ended up leaving before the game was officially called, but it was canceled not long after we left. The game was rescheduled for noon on Sunday, so we were able to go back and watch most of it. We stayed until the end of the seventh inning stretch and then headed home. It was a great game, the Red Sox ended up winning.

The view from our seats. We were in Grandstand 27 along the third base line.
Cam working on his first Fenway Frank.
Cam got his own seat and was very intent on the game.
During the rain we walked all around Fenway, including looking at the Wall of Fame.
Cam and Daddy down near the field.
Looking across the field at section 27, where our seats were.

Back at the park on Sunday, Cam loved clapping for the Red Sox

There was so much to look at
Cam LOVED the game, he had so much fun clapping and cheering for the Red Sox. I was trying to figure out how to spell the way that he says "Go Red Sox", but instead thought it would be easier just to take a video. So below, here is Cam saying "Go Red Sox!"

Jack has been making me replay the go Red Sox video over and over again. He is cracking up. Go She Shox.

What a great story. I love Cam's "accent". I'm sure he is already a lifelong Boston fan (which is fine with me).

Wow!! A Fenway Frank AND two games, AND seeing the Wall of Fame (which I never knew was there!).

Loved the pictures, and the video was priceless.

Years from now, Cameron will have proof that he is a life long Red Sox fan.

Now, can we make the playoffs??!

Love,
