Wednesday: A hole and footers

For the last two days, we have been stopping out at the house. On Wednesday, the foundation hole was dug and the footers were laid. Here are the pictures...

First, from the morning - the boards for the footers are laid out.
And later that afternoon, the footers are filled with concrete.
This is from the front right corner of the house. Tim and Cam are standing in the garage to basement stairwell.
Tim is taking the picture, standing where the kitchen window will be, looking out at Cam and I standing in our backyard.
This is from the back left corner of the house, looking towards the road. Closest room is the dining room, and the bump-out in the back is where the kitchen sink will be.
Another shot from the front left corner this time. The double footer near the front of the picture will be the front porch.
